Nicole Richie is never afraid to take a risk, and while this look is not punk per se, it's interesting and attention-grabbing. If she had no makeup or ear cuffs on, that pouf-y white 'do would sort of look like any number of grandmotherly types I see on NYC buses daily. But the cool Topshop dress, dramatic lipstick and punk accessories elevate the look. She was one of my faves at the Met Ball.
